Universal interface 8-way KNX, UP. The universal flush-mounted interface can be configured for 8 inputs, 4 inputs and 4 outputs or 8 outputs. The universal interface is a KNX component for installation in standard 60 mm flush-mounted switch cabinets or for installation in devices or enclosures. It provides an interface to potential-free contacts. The universal interface recognizes the switching status change at the respective inputs and sends telegrams to the bus according to the parameterized application. Depending on the application being loaded, all channels can function as inputs or outputs or as a combination of the two (4 inputs / 4 outputs). The universal button interface can control up to 8 LEDs or read up to 8 potential-free buttons via its inputs and send telegrams to the bus. Connection of 230V signals to inputs is not allowed. Application settings: buttons, switching, switching in switching mode, dimming (single and biplane control), blind control, switching and dimming, switching and blind control, cyclic sending, 2 levels of control (buttons only), switching, dimming and blind control, light scene invocation, value transmitter, forced operation.
