The KNX eTR M button has touch buttons that can be used to call functions in the KNX building bus system, such as switching lights and devices, muting, activating drives, sending values, scenes. Each touch button has an integrated white LED, the behavior of which can be adjusted.

The KNX eTR M has an integrated temperature sensor. An external temperature reading can be received over the bus and processed with the own data to produce a total temperature (mixed value).

Communication objects can be connected by AND and OR logic gates.
