The sensor surface heats up so that only drops and flakes are recognized as precipitation, but not fog or dew. When the rain or snow stops, the sensor soon dries out again and the precipitation warning ends.
Wind force is measured electronically, making it quiet and reliable, even during hail, snow and sub-zero temperatures. Turbulent air and rising winds near the device are also recorded.
Switching outputs for all measured and calculated values. Threshold values can be set via parameters or communication objects.
8 logical AND functions and 8 logical OR functions, each with 4 inputs. All switching events, as well as 16 logical inputs (in the form of communication objects), can be used as inputs for logical functions. The output of each gate can be optionally configured as 1-bit or 2 x 8-bit.
