The room temperature controller for the KNX building bus system provides automatic air conditioning control via a VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system. It has touch buttons that can be used to manually adjust the room climate. The fan speed (1-3), target temperature (value, +/- touch buttons) and mode (automatic/manual, temperature control on/off) can be set. Dimmable LEDs display the current settings. The measured value of the integrated temperature or humidity sensor or a mixed value can be used for control. Mixed values with other external measured values are possible.

The automatic system includes PI controllers for heating, cooling, dehumidification (one/two-stage) or humidification (one-stage) and includes special parameters for VRF air conditioning systems.

Either binary contacts such as buttons and window contacts or analog T-NTC temperature sensors can be connected to the 2 inputs. Communication objects can be linked using integrated AND and OR logic gates.
