Kamstrup MULTICAL 403 – KNX Secure heat meter
Kamstrup MULTICAL 403 ultrasonic heat meter in a Lingg & Janke kit with an integrated KNX Secure interface. Enables measured energy data to be transferred to the KNX system. Also supports KNX Standard and KNX quick.
- Ultrasonic flow measurement, accuracy class 2.
- Two temperature sensors with 1.5 m cables.
- Up to Qp 6 m³/h: short direct sensors including mounting adapters; from Qp 10 m³/h: pocket sensors including sensor pockets.
- The KNX interface and verification fee are included in the kit.
Temperature range specified for this kit: 15 to 130 °C.
Installation and accessories
Requires a 230 V power supply and connection to the KNX bus. Battery operation with the supplied KNX interface is not permitted. Connection fittings must match the thread or flange of the selected variant. Follow the manual and meter markings for the installation position and sensor locations.
For versions 110 mm/G3/4, 130 mm/G1, 190 mm/G1 and 260 mm/G1 1/4, the following are available: KUG-SET mounting kits. Use them only with matching dimensions and direct sensors of 5.0–5.2 mm/M10. For separate installation of such a sensor, the following is available: KUG-MW valve. An additional mounting kit may not be required at an existing compatible metering point.
