ELSNER PS8A Evaluation unit for meteorological data 701 - with 8 outputs.

Complete system consisting of an evaluation unit, weather station and internal sensor.

The PS8A system records weather and indoor temperature data and transmits this information to the evaluation unit. The DIN rail-mounted device evaluates the data according to the settings made. The 8 output relays are configured directly on the device via the menu. The output signals are used to control higher-level modules that control ventilation motors, shading or other devices. They can also be used to connect digital inputs from fieldbus systems or PLCs.

Brightness measurement with three separate sensors for east, south and west. Twilight detection with special filters.
Wind speed is measured electronically, making it quiet and reliable, even during hail, snow and sub-zero temperatures. Turbulent air and anabatic wind in the vicinity of the weather station are also recorded.
Temperature measurement.
Heated precipitation sensor (1.2 W) - flawless measurement with dew or fog, quick drying after the rain ends.
GPS receiver for date and time.
