The Suntracer KNX basic weather station senses temperature, wind speed, brightness and precipitation.

Wind speed is measured electronically, making it quiet and reliable, even during hail, snow and sub-zero temperatures. Turbulent air and anabatic wind in the vicinity of the weather station are also recorded.

The sensor surface heats up, so only drops and flakes are recognized as precipitation, but not fog or dew. When the rain or snow stops, the sensor soon dries out again and the precipitation warning ends.

Threshold values can be set for each parameter or via communication objects.

8 logical AND functions and 8 logical OR functions with 4 for each input. All switching events as well as 16 logical inputs (in the form of communication objects) can be used as inputs for logical functions. The output of each function can be optionally configured as 1-bit or 2 x 8-bit.
