The fan-coil unit controller is used to control fan-coil units, underfloor heating or switch drives. Depending on the design of the device, fan coil units are used in 2- or 4-pipe systems.

It controls up to 3 fan speeds (relay or 0-10V outputs), as well as heating or cooling valves (proportional or electrothermal valve). The regulation method is based on a two-stage regulation or a time-discrete PI controller with a comparison of the required/actual value. The valves and fan can be regulated directly by the devices through the closed loop of this regulator. When used in underfloor heating, the Fan Coil controller can control up to seven channels.

All floor heating channels are used by a discrete time PI controller with a comparison of the desired / actual value.
