KNX IP Multi IO 580 48 configurable I/O lines

Weinzierl KNX IP Multi IO 580 is a universal binary interface with 48 lines, each configurable as an input or output. It communicates directly via KNX IP.

• A total of 48 I/O lines shared between input and output functions.
• Inputs for controlling KNX functions and counting pulses, for example from meters.
• Open-drain outputs, maximum 100 mA per line, with a protective diode; for LEDs or external relays.
• External 24 V DC supply, consumption approximately 45 mA without load.
• Ethernet RJ45; configuration via ETS 4.2 or later.
• OLED display with four buttons for manual operation and testing.
• DIN rail, width 6 modules (108 mm), IP20.

This model has no bus terminal for direct connection to KNX TP. To integrate it into a KNX TP installation, use a suitable KNX IP router, such as the KNX IP Router 752 secure. An alternative with direct KNX TP connection is the KNX TP Multi IO 570.1 secure.

To switch power loads, use the Multi IO Extension Switch 590; for a blind or roller shutter motor, use the Multi IO Extension Shutter 592. The module outputs are not intended for directly switching 230 V.
